DogYun Hong Kong BGP monthly payment 14.4 yuan host simple test

A few days ago, I shared the information about DogYun's Hong Kong BGP line AMD 5950X classic low-cost cloud server (click to view). It happened that I had enough balance in my account to open a minimum configuration, so I gave it a try. These simple test information are posted for your reference.

Host Configuration

I got the lowest plan which is 14.4 yuan/month after discount, with single core, 512MB memory, 10GB hard drive, and 300GB/50Mbps monthly traffic.

Basic Information

DogYun's VPS host management is integrated into the member center, which includes the basic management functions we commonly use (power on and off, restart, reinstall the system, etc.), and also provides resources, traffic monitoring and self-service transfer products.

IO/Bandwidth Information

IO and bandwidth are tested using the network one-key command, and two different test commands are posted separately.

The machine IO limit can be seen on the order page. The host IO and bandwidth are consistent with the markings, 50Mbps bandwidth, and 50MB/s disk read and write performance.

Outbound Routing

We conducted outbound tests on domestic telecom, Unicom and mobile lines, starting with Shanghai Telecom.

Backhaul Routing

The return route uses a one-click packet test to directly copy relevant information from the host to different domestic networks.

Ping Test

Hong Kong machines have a unique advantage in physical distance, and domestic access is almost comparable to server products in the mainland. Ping tests from multiple nodes in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Asia have low latency.

To be honest, what else do you want if this price supports monthly payment? Generally speaking, the domestic access speed of the Hong Kong data center is fast, the bandwidth provided by the machines is relatively sufficient, and the domestic direct connection lines are a good choice for learning and practicing or small sites.
