China Mobile has built more than 410,000 5G base stations

Dong Xin predicts that in the next five years, my country's direct and driven investment in new digital infrastructure will exceed 15 trillion yuan, of which 5G will exceed 7.5 trillion yuan and big data centers will exceed 5 trillion yuan.

In addition, he also said that China Mobile looks forward to working with all sectors of the industry to accelerate the development of 5G construction, improve the layout of data center construction, and build a high-speed, ubiquitous, cloud-network integrated, intelligent, open, green and secure infrastructure base.

Since the issuance of 5G licenses and driven by relevant policies such as new infrastructure, operators have gradually accelerated their pace in 5G construction. Data shows that in 2020, China Mobile built about 340,000 new 5G base stations and opened a total of 390,000 5G base stations.
