On March 12, 2019, Zoho Corporation announced the establishment of a new data center in Shanghai and the launch of monitoring services. The company's Site24x7 officially entered the Chinese cloud monitoring market.

51CTO reporter learned that Zhuohao was founded in 1996 and started as a telecommunications-grade network development platform. It currently serves 40 million users. In 2003, Zhuohao China was established and now has eight offices in China. He pointed out: "As the pace of development of digital services for Chinese enterprises accelerates, China is moving towards the adoption of IaaS and PaaS, which has triggered the need for enterprises to continuously monitor cloud environments to ensure their competitive advantage in business. Site24x7's entry into the Chinese market will bring unique expertise and performance monitoring best practices to help address China's growing business and IT challenges."

China's digital transformation and cloud market development

At present, the number of Chinese netizens has reached more than 700 million, which is the largest Internet market in the world, 2.64 times that of the United States. Obviously, China has become the world's largest digital market.

According to statistics from China Internet Watch magazine, the market size of China's public cloud IaaS will reach 342.58 billion yuan (about 49.87 billion U.S. dollars) by the end of 2021. Among them, small and medium-sized enterprises use public or private cloud products to help enterprises achieve digital transformation, while large enterprises adopt a multi-cloud hybrid approach.

In these scenarios, IT and DevOps teams must manage their increasingly complex infrastructure to provide a better user experience, and must also have end-to-end visibility into their infrastructure to proactively resolve application issues before end users and their business are affected.

Site24x7's new performance monitoring solution kicks off your digital transformation and optimization journey

To meet the growing demand for better user experience in China, Zhuohao announced its entry into the Chinese market to provide customers with the same seamless experience as customers in other regions. Currently, Site24x7 has successfully provided services to more than 25,000 customers and more than 100 Fortune 1000 companies worldwide.

Site24x7's unified solution provides full-stack monitoring in hybrid environments, enabling development operations and IT teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their IT infrastructure, ensuring that applications can always run securely and maintain optimal performance. The product, combined with artificial intelligence technology (AIOps) for IT operations teams, can proactively predict business interruption risks based on event correlation, thereby reducing the possibility of downtime events to near zero.

Mr. Srinivasa Raghavan, Product Manager at Site24x7, said: "Performance degradation is the new problem in the digital age, and China's increasing adoption and optimization of digital services has further emphasized the need to provide customers with the best user experience. Site24x7 bridges the operational gap between DevOps and IT teams with deep monitoring insights, allowing for a better understanding of performance trends and impact on users, saving time on remediation and tuning."

The newly established Shanghai data center will become the fifth data center of Site24x7, a subsidiary of Zoho Corporation, in the world. The company will also announce the opening of another data center in Beijing in the next quarter. Site24x7's offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Xi'an, Chengdu, Fuzhou and Jinan will provide support for customers and partners to expand their business.

As an integrated monitoring solution provider, this investment reflects Zhuohao's long-term strategy and future development of focusing on R&D in China, and helping enterprises transition to a seamless digital experience. At the press conference, Zhuohao also announced that enterprises can register and try this mature solution for free for three months from now.
