On December 5-6, the 2017 Annual Meeting of the International Anti-Malware Testing Standards Organization (AMTSO 2017) hosted by the internationally renowned third-party network security evaluation organization, Secodal Labs, was successfully held at the Regent Hotel in Beijing. More than 50 information security experts and scholars from more than 40 security vendors and international evaluation organizations around the world attended the meeting. This is the first time that the annual meeting of AMTSO has been held in Asia since its establishment. The annual meeting reviewed the latest version of the anti-malware testing standard, discussed and voted on it. The internationally renowned evaluation organizations AV-Comparatives and Secodal Labs shared their experience in implementing and applying the standard at the meeting. The meeting discussed the experience of building the AMTSO Real-Time Threat Library (RTTL) and the strategies and methods for further improving the library. Experts from Microsoft, Kaspersky, Virus Bulletin, and NSS Labs shared their latest research results in anti-virus.

Its members are composed of more than 50 top information security vendors and well-known evaluation organizations in the world (Chinese members include Secuda Labs, Tencent and Qihoo 360). It aims to focus on the global improvement and demand for anti-malware testing methods in terms of objectivity, testing level and other related aspects, and promote security intelligence sharing on a global scale.
