DCI has won the "China IT Operation and Maintenance Best Solution Award" and "China IT Operation and Maintenance Best Product Award" for eight consecutive years.

At the 2018 China IT Operation and Maintenance Conference which ended not long ago, Donghua Netzhi once again won two awards: Donghua IT Operation and Maintenance Management Solution won the "2018 China IT Operation and Maintenance Best Solution Award" issued by the China Center for Information Industry Development, and Donghua IT Service Integrated Management System won the "2018 China IT Operation and Maintenance Best Product Award".

At the meeting, Cao Ronghai, general manager of Donghua Network Intelligent Solution Center, gave a speech entitled "Integrated Operation and Maintenance Management in the New Era".

Mr. Cao first analyzed several major problems and challenges that users currently face in the process of information-based operation and maintenance. Driven by new technologies, there are various difficulties in data collection, processing, analysis, and presentation.
