At 24:00 that night, all the required equipment had been transported to the site. It took less than 3 hours from receiving the task to preparing for the equipment to be transported to the site.

As other facilities at the construction site of the Fangcang Cabin Hospital were gradually improved, at 11:00 a.m. on January 5, 2022, Ruijie Networks received an urgent task for technical coordination and on-site construction , requiring the technical commissioning of the Fangcang Cabin Hospital's network equipment to be completed and passed acceptance before January 6.

According to the pre-made emergency plan, the after-sales team of Ruijie Networks Shaanxi Office quickly identified on-site technical support personnel to provide support. "To be honest, I am also afraid of seeing so many confirmed cases every day. What if I get infected? But this job is for everyone, and I have to do it no matter how dangerous it is!" said a Ruijie Network engineer before leaving.

After emergency coordination, at around 11:00 am on January 5, Ruijie Network engineers got a certificate from the Yanta District Epidemic Prevention and Control Command Center of Xi'an City, took instant dry food and water and set off without stopping. They passed through multiple inspection checkpoints on the way and arrived at the construction site of the Fangcang Cabin Hospital at 1:00 pm on January 5, one hour ahead of schedule. At this time, there were less than 24 hours left before the final inspection.

As soon as they arrived at the site, the engineers felt the extremely tense atmosphere. The technical support team worked online with the site at multiple points, and carried out each process in an orderly manner according to the pre-established technical construction plan.

During the project implementation, in order to shorten the construction period and ensure the project quality, engineers actively coordinated on-site construction personnel, strictly abided by Ruijie engineering specification SOP process, and conducted blanket verification of information points to ensure that all information points in the Fangcang Hospital were highly available, stable and secure .
