HostVDS: OpenStack cloud server from $0.99/month, San Jose/Dallas/Moscow and other data centers

HostVDS is a foreign hosting company founded in 2018. It is affiliated to Russia's skyhost.ru, which was founded in 2004. It focuses on cloud servers based on OpenStack architecture and supports monthly/hourly billing, which is similar to Vultr and DigitalOcean. Data centers include San Jose, Dallas, Moscow, Russia, Hong Kong, China, Amsterdam, Netherlands, and Bangalore, India (Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Bangalore are currently out of stock). The minimum monthly payment starts at US$0.99 ($0.00133/hour). The merchant website can choose Chinese and English languages, and supports payment methods such as PayPal, Alipay, and credit cards.

The configuration of each HostVDS node is consistent, and all of them are in the mode of limiting bandwidth but not limiting traffic.

Please note that if you are in San Jose, please choose Silicon Valley. Among the three local telecommunications regions, San Jose has lower rates, but the difference is not big. The price of $0.99 is indeed a good low-cost option. Those who are interested can try it.
