On August 24, the 2018 China Enterprise Digital Transformation Seminar with the theme of "New Intelligent Manufacturing, New Business, Empowering New Business Growth" was grandly held in Qingdao. This conference was hosted by the Shandong Provincial Center for Promoting the Integration of Industrialization and Informationization, organized by Qingdao Cooter Intelligent Co., Ltd. Shao Deqiang, deputy general manager of Ruijie Network's large and medium-sized enterprise system department, shared Ruijie's two "hard core" wisdoms.

Industry 4.0 model sharing on-site simulation of the "Coolte Cloud Blue" model

As a model of information transformation under the Industry 4.0 model, the digitalization of Coote Cloud Blue, a high-end custom clothing manufacturer, adopted Ruijie's SmartC intelligent manufacturing campus network solution.

In order to verify the authenticity of "uninterrupted production", the organizers remotely connected with the Coote Factory at the conference site. First, Yang Hang, a product experience designer of Ruijie Networks, demonstrated to the audience the functions of Ruijie SDN network controller, such as automatic and rapid identification of loop faults and SMP security access. In addition, in order to thoroughly verify whether the AP used by the Coote Factory is reliable enough, 100 guests at the scene simultaneously accessed an RG-AP730 (TR) device, and everyone opened the live broadcast APP together to conduct a strict test of the network quality. Faced with the concurrent access of 100 terminals, the RG-AP730 (TR) not only undertook all Wi-Fi access, but also ensured that each terminal could broadcast live smoothly, successfully completing the challenge.

During the meeting, Xiao Zhen, executive director of the China Intelligent Industry Alliance, shared with the guests on the topic of "Development Trends of Chinese Enterprises in the "Internet +" Era" the shift in the focus of the industry market under the Internet tide. In order to further experience the new wave of digital informationization, all participants were invited to visit the Qingdao Kute Smart Factory and personally experience and observe the entire process of large-scale industrial production of customized clothing, and further exchange and discuss the path of digital transformation of enterprises.
