We have integrated advanced data center operation and maintenance management experience and technology, scientifically matched the IT operation and maintenance management process with the needs and development of A data center, established a complete operation and maintenance service management system, and integrated the four major elements of "people, process, technology, and resources" according to the scientific methodology of ITSS. We have integrated planning, operation and maintenance, and management throughout the entire operation and maintenance management process in a standardized IT operation and maintenance management manner, and formulated professional and comprehensive maintenance processes, systems, and plans to ensure high-quality service levels. Using scientific management ideas, we solved the management problems of IT infrastructure for this user. In order to ensure that there is no interruption in power supply, a safety solution of deploying two mains power supply and diesel generator as backup is adopted to ensure that the power supply environment is uninterrupted all year round.
