80VPS new platform Los Angeles Cera data center (China Unicom CUVIP line) KVM simple test

Some time ago, I shared the news of 80VPS's new platform and the launch of the CUVIP line host in the Los Angeles Cera data center. It uses the AMD Ryzen series CPU + NVMe disk combination. I just ordered the lowest annual payment package, so I posted some test information for your reference. Regarding the CUVIP line of China Unicom, SpartanHost, which has been very popular recently, uses this line. In February, Cera pulled two 100G AS4837s from Shanghai Unicom. The three networks used their own lines for the outbound journey and Shanghai Unicom AS4837 for the return journey.

Host Configuration

The computer room is described at the beginning of the article. The VPS configuration involved in this article is dual-core CPU, 1GB memory, 20GB system disk + 10GB data disk, 1TB monthly traffic, and the operating system I installed is CentOS7.6

Basic Information

The new platform uses the Magic Cube system (the old platform is the Yungu system), which is similar in terms of account and product management. The VPS management functions are very comprehensive and there is no discomfort in using them. The resource usage charts are more intuitive and the VNC function is more stable.

IO and bandwidth testing

Two one-click packages were used for testing. The first one is the SuperSpeed ​​comprehensive test script. The line bandwidth is sufficient, which is 200Mbps.

Outbound Routing

I have conducted multiple tests on outbound routing in different regions with different operators, so I will not post all of them here. For the outbound routes of the three networks' own lines, generally speaking, China Telecom uses AS4134, China Unicom uses AS4837, and China Mobile uses AS9808.
