At the conference, a "3.15 Communication Quality Report" answered the questions of consumers: Among the three major operators, which one has the highest user complaint rate, and which one is the worst? The report pointed out that according to the complaints and reports received by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and provincial telecom user complaint acceptance agencies in the fourth quarter, there were 10 complaints from users for every million users of China Telecom, 12 complaints from users for every million users of China Mobile, and 11.2 complaints from users for every million users of China Unicom. It can be seen that China Mobile has the highest complaint rate and China Telecom has the highest complaint rate. However, the difference between the three is extremely small. Within a quarter, only one out of every 100,000 users filed a complaint with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It can be seen that the service quality of the three major operators is still good. For consumers, there are many reasons for complaints, such as disputes over charges, service problems, and even poor communication signals. However, most problems can be solved by complaining directly to the operator. When the operator fails to solve the problem, or the consumer is still dissatisfied after the problem is solved, it is necessary to complain to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The data presented in this report is exactly the complaints that have been raised to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It can also be seen from the data that after the problem has been solved by the operator, the number of consumers who are still dissatisfied with the result and continue to complain is the largest, and the performance of the three major operators in this regard is similar. |
