Exclusive interview with Xu Jie, product director of DYXnet: DYXnet comprehensively upgrades SASE services to build a new frontier for network security

As mentioned in Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, in the process of "self-realization", after people meet their basic physiological needs, they will have security needs. For enterprises, while implementing innovative models and applications, new network security requirements also come along. As cloud computing and remote work are gradually adopted by enterprises, SASE that adapts to their security protection needs is gradually emerging. According to Gartner statistics, the global SASE market size will reach US$6.6 billion in 2022, and the market size will grow rapidly at a compound annual growth rate of 36% in the next five years. It can be seen that SASE services are in a period of rapid development and have brought new development directions to related cloud network service providers.

Recently, the SASE service track has welcomed another heavyweight player. DYXnet, a subsidiary of Internet technology, officially launched SASE services. In an interview with the reporter of Communication World All Media, Xu Jie, product director of DYXnet, said: "We have noticed that the current customer security subscription needs are increasing. Strategic upgrading: SASE service is an inevitable step for integrated development

"With the increasing number of scenarios such as enterprises moving to the cloud and remote working, the single networking model and the traditional firewall deployment model in fixed branches of the enterprise can no longer meet the enterprise's multi-scenario access and security needs. Taking into account the cost and security challenges, SASE has gradually become the best practice solution by providing enterprises with unified 'network + security' integrated services," said Xu Jie.

Driven by the new trend, DYXnet, based on its own R&D capabilities, resource advantages and cloud-native technologies, promotes the upgrade of network service architecture to SASE service architecture, and provides customers with a full-stack solution of "cloud network security integration". Xu Jie said: "In terms of network, we have built 200+ POP nodes in 100+ cities, and our service capabilities cover 700+ cities worldwide; in terms of cloud, DYXnet has created OCD edge cloud services, and also cooperates with mainstream public cloud vendors at home and abroad such as Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, and AWS. Xu Jie shared: "Focusing on the vision of transformation and upgrading, whether the launch of new products can resonate with the industry and customers depends on their own unique advantages. The first is to promote the integration of SD-WAN and SASE platform management capabilities. Xu Jie believes that the opportunities and challenges brought about by the development of AI technology are mainly reflected in two aspects:

For such scenarios, companies can achieve in-depth monitoring and protect the security of core data and AI models based on the zero-trust network, IPS and DLP protection capabilities of First-Line SASE.
