Borei Data joins hands with Volcano Engine to build a new cloud and a new future

Recently, Volcano Engine officially released a full range of cloud products, including five categories: cloud foundation, video and content distribution, data middle platform, development middle platform, and artificial intelligence, with a total of 78 services. Borui Data appeared at the Ecological Forum as a Volcano Engine APM ecological partner.

Volcano Engine Cloud products are the external output of ByteDance's "agile development" technology practice, born out of ByteDance's 9 years of growth accumulation. From the first external recommendation service in 2017, to the official launch in 2020, to today, Volcano Engine has currently served benchmark customers in many industries including the Internet, consumer electronics, finance, automobiles, retail, etc., covering many business scenarios from digital experience, digital marketing to big data technology, artificial intelligence, etc.

As a leader in the APM industry, Borei Data and the two parties are jointly committed to improving observability in cloud-native environments, building a complete cloud-native monitoring management system from the dimensions of Trace (call chain), Metric (indicator), Log (log), etc., to ensure the stable operation and rapid problem location of businesses in complex business environments such as containerization and high concurrency. The ease of use, stability and AI capabilities of Borei Data's APM products provide strong support for the cooperation and have become a "powerful assistant" for Volcano Engine.

With the rise of microservices and containerization, the application complexity brought by cloud native is increasing exponentially. Enterprises have higher requirements for system observability. The cooperation between Borui Data and Volcano Engine focuses on the field of application performance monitoring. Volcano Engine Application Performance Monitoring Full Link Edition uses advanced technology, barrier-free access, rapid problem location, full-link monitoring, high efficiency and flexibility to provide enterprises with full-link application performance monitoring services, helping enterprises improve the efficiency of abnormal problem detection and resolution.

Relying on years of technical experience, Borei Data has innovatively proposed the concept of service-accessible data chain DNA, which can open up the entire process from code to user (Code to Customer) access, actively grasp the service quality and performance of each link in the entire chain, help enterprises continuously improve user experience, and realize the transition of the monitoring system from "application availability" monitoring from the enterprise perspective to "service accessibility" from the user perspective.

Borei Data and Volcano Engine have combined their respective strengths to conduct in-depth exploration and cooperation in the field of application performance monitoring. In the future, both parties will work together to help enterprises achieve digital transformation.
