Through continuous deepening, optimization, and improvement, the laboratory has comprehensively carried out scientific research in the fields of "coal mine information network", "automation enablement", "intelligent sensing technology", "coal mine big data", and "ecological cooperation". At present, Shanxi Mobile has built 148 5G pRRUs in Tongxin Coal Mine, using moisture-proof, dust-proof, explosion-proof, miniaturized wireless base stations with an uplink and downlink bandwidth ratio of 3:2 to achieve full coverage of the underground 5G network and meet the ultra-large bandwidth requirements of the fully mechanized mining face and the tunneling face. Through network optimization and innovation, the operation control accuracy of underground equipment can be improved from 99.9% to 99.99%. At the same time, the core network UPF sinking + kite solution is adopted, and the business data does not leave the park, the network is disconnected and the business is continuous, and it is truly highly reliable and stable. Tongxin Coal Mine deploys a mine cloud network solution to achieve access to 5G base stations and transmit data back to the ground core network. The network slicing technology is used to ensure the high reliability and low latency of 5G services, and at the same time lays the foundation for the multi-use of the network underground in the coal mine.

At the same time, the complex environment and difficulty of signal penetration faced by the network deployment in the comprehensive mining face, as well as the easy damage of optical fiber due to frequent equipment movement, can be solved through the 5G+ leaky cable solution with fitted coverage, making the cable easy to maintain and providing a better high-capacity and non-switching experience. This lays a good network foundation for the application of 5G intelligent remote control in tunneling.
