Recently, Gartner, a global authoritative technology research and analysis company, released the "Hype Cycle for ICT in China, 2021". With its strong APM technology leadership and big data analysis/artificial intelligence capabilities, Borui Data was selected as an AIOps Sample Vendor (representative manufacturer). Gartner publishes the Hype Cycle report on China's ICT market every year, covering 20 emerging technologies and disruptive technologies and practices. The report is an important reference for information technology leaders in China's digital economy to seize forward-looking technologies, innovate digital business capabilities, improve digital revenue, and maintain sustainable competitiveness. In recent years, the continuous deepening of digital transformation of domestic enterprises has promoted the rapid development of the AIOps market. Gartner pointed out that the continuous development of AIOps has promoted the growth of the IT operations management market (ITOM). In 2020, the global AIOps market size was between US$900 million and US$1.5 billion, with a compound annual growth rate of about 15% from 2020 to 2025. The 2021 Hype Cycle report focuses on technologies related to digitalization and intelligence. In terms of AIOps platform technology, Gartner pointed out that AIOps platform technology enhances IT practices, including I&O, DevOps, SRE and IT service management. More concentrated results are in the I&O field, including anomaly detection, diagnostic information, event correlation and root cause analysis (RCA) to improve monitoring, service management and automation tasks. In terms of market drivers, Gartner believes that the growing demand for AIOps platform capabilities is driven by the need to automate more IT operations functions to enhance their flexibility, and user adoption of AIOps platforms will continue to rise. Gartner specifically analyzed the factors that contributed to the increase in AIOps market adoption, mentioning the following aspects: First, as more and more business operations are digitized, analyzing the growing amount of data has become more critical. With data volumes reaching or exceeding several gigabytes per minute, it has become impossible for companies to analyze and process data manually. Second, as the pace of digital transformation of Chinese enterprises accelerates, enterprises must be more proactive in dealing with problems rather than dealing with them after the fact. Monitoring technologies such as AIOps must be used to resolve potential problems before they affect user experience. Third, Chinese companies have begun to adopt AIOps platforms to compete with and replace some traditional monitoring tool categories. For example, monitoring IaaS and achieving observability within the AIOps platform, especially after companies migrate their IT infrastructure to the cloud. Fourth, Chinese companies are expanding the use of AIOps in all aspects of ITOM and improving usage scenarios in DevOps and SRE practices. At the same time, when adopting AIOps strategies, Gartner analysts say: Chinese companies first need to identify their current shortcomings in ITOM, develop an AIOps strategy for the company, and increase the likelihood of successful adoption of AIOps by adding functionality; second, start by replacing rule-based event analysis and expand to service-centric workflows such as application and network diagnostics; and, by selecting an AIOps platform that supports two-way integration with IT service management (ITSM) tools, achieve task automation, knowledge management, and change analysis; finally, achieve continuous insight into ITOM by supporting observation, participation, and action on the AIOps platform. Over the years, Borei Data has relied on complete IT operation and maintenance monitoring capabilities, and has continuously built advanced intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring capabilities using big data and machine learning technologies. It has launched a new generation of APM products Server7.0 equipped with AI capabilities and a unified intelligent operation and maintenance big data platform Dataview, and has continuously implemented intelligent anomaly detection, root cause analysis, fault prediction and other scenarios. Based on the capabilities of artificial intelligence, it realizes information integration, feature association and business insights in operation and maintenance monitoring scenarios, helping enterprises ensure the smooth operation of digital businesses and guarantee a good digital experience. In 2021, Borei Data proposed the new technical concept of "Service-Accessible Data Link DNA" for the first time in China. Data link DNA can open up the entire process from code to user (Code to Customer) access, the full-link detection path, performance and service quality, forming an innovative operation and maintenance management model to help enterprises continuously improve user experience and achieve a leap from "application availability" to "service accessibility". The introduction and implementation of the Data Link DNA concept will further unleash the capabilities of DEM, APM, ITIM, NPM and intelligent operation and maintenance management in all branches of enterprise IT operation and maintenance monitoring management. Currently, Borei Data's products and solutions have been widely used in the Internet, finance, intelligent manufacturing, aviation, telecommunications operators, e-commerce and other fields. |
