In 1840, during the reign of Emperor Daoguang of the Qing Dynasty, Hengshun Group was founded in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. It is the authentic representative of Zhenjiang vinegar. After more than 170 years of development, Hengshun Group has developed into a large enterprise group with dozens of subsidiaries.

Among them, the core subsidiary of the group, Jiangsu Hengshun Vinegar Co., Ltd., is the first listed company in China's vinegar industry and a key leading enterprise in national agricultural industrialization. With its century-old brewing skills and excellent quality without additives, Hengshun Vinegar has been the leading company in China in sales for 20 consecutive years.

While Hengshun remains true to its original aspiration of providing people across the country with grain vinegar brewed using traditional methods, it is also exploring ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs through enterprise informatization. The century-old Hengshun is marching towards digitalization.

Terminal transformation was put on the agenda first. Hengshun has more than 300 office terminals, plus terminals on the production line. There are many types of terminals, maintenance is troublesome, and the terminal damage rate is high. A replacement solution is urgently needed. Hengshun has the following requirements for the new terminal:

• More reliable hardware equipment. Computers currently in use often have hardware failures. The operation and maintenance work is unskilled and cumbersome, which gives maintenance personnel a headache.
• The desktop can be quickly restored. When a blue screen, virus, or other unusable situation occurs, the desktop can be quickly restored to a system that can be used for work immediately, reducing the tedious work of installing the system.
• Due to the major changes in the decoration of the customer's office and the location of the desk, the terminal can only be connected wirelessly, requiring stable data storage and data restoration.
• Reduce investment costs and one-time investment

In response to the above requirements, Ruijie engineers analyzed the technical features of cloud desktops one by one based on the technical route, and combined with Hengshun's actual network conditions to find the points of convergence with the technical route, and finally selected the RG-CT5300 terminal. The server uses RG-RCM1000-Office, providing users with management performance of up to 1,000 cloud terminals.

Administrators can push system images and business system installation software to all terminals with one click through the management platform, and quickly launch all terminals within the enterprise at one time. In daily operation and maintenance, administrators can use remote management to perform remote assistance, system restoration, batch installation of patches or software, and other operations on all terminals or a certain terminal. They can also implement U-port control, greatly improving operation and maintenance efficiency and ensuring efficient operation of various businesses.

In the past, port expanders were required to connect office terminals to peripherals, but Ruijie IDV terminals provide a variety of interface forms , which can easily meet daily use. Ruijie cloud desktop IDV terminals also support offline availability , and the terminals will not be affected by server downtime, network delays, jitters and other issues, which can ensure the continuity of business system applications.
