5G commercial use please wait for low-consumption users

In recent days, major operators' apps have placed 5G packages in the spotlight, and the entrance to 4G packages has disappeared. Industry insiders revealed that in order to promote 5G packages, operators quietly removed low-priced 4G packages from the shelves. If users need to apply for 4G packages, they can only go through offline business halls and telephone customer service. In some areas, telecom operators have even directly removed 4G packages from the shelves.

One year after 5G was put into commercial use, operators have shown a good report card - 5G users have reached 170 million. Although the growth rate of 5G users is amazing, operators still think the growth rate is too slow. They wish all 3G and 4G users could switch to 5G overnight. Operators are eager to make back the money they invested in 5G as soon as possible, so they spare no effort to promote 5G packages.

The advantage of 5G network is reflected in the network speed. It can basically achieve high speed, low latency, and wide connection, and can provide us with high-speed, convenient, and colorful network services. However, users who want to use 5G network now may still face some embarrassment, such as the mobile phone has not been replaced and cannot be connected to the 5G network; for example, there are still few 5G base stations in remote rural areas, and the 5G signal is unstable, which may lead to the embarrassment of "5G package, 4G network, 3G mobile phone". More importantly, the fee of 5G package is expensive, and there is no one less than 100 yuan, which is a considerable expense for working families.

Media investigations have found that some operators secretly hide the 4G package application entrance on the APP, so that users cannot choose low-cost 4G packages; some operators cooperate with well-known mobile phone manufacturers to subsidize discounts on 5G packages, and users who do not use 5G packages cannot enjoy the discounts on mobile phones; others are even more naked, directly removing 4G packages from the shelves, etc. These unethical means make it difficult for users to choose packages, and overtly or covertly coerce users to choose 5G packages, which is suspected of forced buying and selling.

Whether to continue using the 4G network or enjoy advanced 5G services is a free choice for users. Operators should not intervene too much, let alone coerce and deprive users of their right to choose. If users can accept the charges for 5G packages, they will certainly be happy to use the advanced and convenient 5G network. Therefore, we look forward to the network technology becoming more and more mature, the 5G charges becoming lower and lower, and the operators' services becoming better and better. By then, everyone can enjoy the wonderful 5G together. Operators, please don't be too impatient, don't play tricks, and be patient and wait for low-spending users.
