Ruijie Cloud Desktop leads the trend and more than 500 experts discuss smart education

On October 19, the "2018 University Smart Education Innovation and Application Demonstration Seminar" with the theme of "Cloud-led Reform Empowering New Education" was grandly opened at Ningbo University! 500 education experts from universities across the country gathered together to have in-depth exchanges on hot topics in the innovative application of educational informatization and jointly draw a blueprint for smart education innovation. After the meeting, the participants also inspected the achievements of Ningbo University's smart campus construction and experienced the innovative vitality brought by cloud desktops to teaching.

Through the hybrid cloud architecture model, campus information sharing is realized, and a rich information-based teaching and service system is integrated; the value of data is explored, and big data is used to serve disciplines, scientific research and talent team building.

Professor Yang Ning of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China said in his experience sharing: "The college's laboratories used traditional PCs before, but there were problems with hardware and software compatibility, which affected teaching operations. When we renovated the computer room in 2017, we first considered cloud desktops. After investigating multiple cloud classroom solutions, we finally chose the Ruijie Cloud Classroom Solution, which has been designed and matched in detail in teaching scenarios. Zhou Xinyi, director of the Chengdu Normal University Education Informatization Promotion Office, believes that the traditional classroom teaching method lacks discussion and interaction and can no longer meet the needs of talent training in the new era. Through the informatization of smart classrooms, classroom interaction can be normalized, making classroom learning more engaging and discussions more flexible.
