1. Increase the complexity of wireless passwords

Use WPA and WPA2 encryption methods, the password should be more than ten characters, the password composition should be irregular, use uppercase and lowercase letters, symbols, and numbers. Do not use simple passwords or your own commonly used passwords, and change passwords regularly.

2. Set up a hidden SSID

SSID is the common network name of wireless routers. Hiding SSID can prevent others from discovering our network and effectively improve network security.

3. Change the router login address and password

I once met a customer who said that the H3C enterprise router he just bought was broken and the network port light was not on. After sending it back, he found that the built-in system of the router was lost. This was because the initial address and password of the router were not changed, so it was attacked by hackers.

4. Enable wireless network MAC address filtering

Some routers have management apps or blacklists.

Limit Internet access

5. Turn off DHCP, IP and MAC binding, and use the static address of the computer to access the Internet (not recommended)

6. Disable remote management or modify the management port

Allow LAN-specified computer management

Disable remote management

Specify IP management and modify management port
