Demand Analysis of Bonded Zone Smart Park Project

Wuhan East Lake Comprehensive Bonded Zone is the first comprehensive bonded zone in Hubei Province, which was officially approved by the State Council on August 29, 2011. It is a special customs supervision area that integrates the functions of bonded area, export processing zone, bonded logistics park and port. It is currently the comprehensive functional zone with the highest level of openness, the most preferential policies and the most complete functions in mainland China.

The reporter learned that the reason why the bonded area chose to cooperate with Fenghuo to build a smart park is mainly due to two reasons: the construction of a smart park in a comprehensive bonded area requires manufacturers with corresponding capabilities from hardware to platform to upper-level applications. Fenghuo, which has more than ten years of rich experience in the construction of smart cities and smart parks, just has this end-to-end integrated general contracting capability. Looking back on the implementation process of the bonded zone smart park project, Bai Sixue believes: "The original old system of the comprehensive bonded zone needs to be connected with the new system. The interfaces and protocols of the old and new systems are complex. Therefore, it is very difficult to create a unified information resource utilization system."

It is particularly worth mentioning that the overall architecture of the bonded area smart park is divided into 47 subsystems (27 hardware/20 software), of which 14 new subsystems are independently developed by Fenghuo, and the remaining subsystems are in use and need to be connected to a unified management platform. In the overall design, it is necessary not only to consider the functional stability of each subsystem, but also to ensure the interconnection of the interfaces of each subsystem and solve the compatibility problems between different systems, which adds great difficulty to the construction of the information resource utilization system.

All disciplines in the park adopt a unified naming rule, so that the equipment and asset models contain the corresponding subsystem fields, ensuring that the models can be quickly classified in the operation and maintenance platform. Focusing on the construction goal of "building a public information platform", it realizes information sharing and circulation, provides intelligent services for the management committee, enterprises and the public, and allows all recipients to share a variety of services in the park with one click.

The bonded area has created a unified public information platform and public database, and through layered construction, it has built multiple basic networks to achieve the growth and expansion of platform capabilities and applications. In order to achieve the full integration of information resources, the park has adopted a three-pronged approach of "unified authentication", "unified data" and "unified messaging", formulated unified technical standards and interfaces, and realized the sharing of public basic data, geographic information data, construction data, etc., and achieved "one number and one source", completing cross-departmental and cross-field information sharing.
