Huawei Senior Vice President Peng Zhongyang delivered a speech

In 2010, Huawei released its cloud computing strategy. After years of hard work, it launched competitive and influential products in servers, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, and big data platforms. On July 30, 2015, it released its enterprise cloud, officially entering the public cloud field. It has released 54 products in 10 categories, serving more than 100,000 government and enterprise customers. In March 2017, it established CloudBU, an organization specifically responsible for public cloud, and increased investment by 2,000 people to build public cloud services. Looking to the future, Huawei is positioned as an enabler and promoter of the intelligent society, strengthening strategic investment in cloud services, and helping various industries achieve digital transformation.

Peng Zhongyang, senior vice president of Huawei, said, "Huawei is very determined in its cloud strategy. In the field of cloud computing, it has always focused on providing cloud infrastructure services. Huawei's accumulation of technology and products is opened up through the cloud platform, aggregating partners' applications and serving the digital transformation of various industries. As Huawei's cloud services deepen, we will work with partners to jointly build the "City Industry Cloud" alliance to promote the implementation of cloud computing and big data industries in cities and their digital transformation."

'We will closely focus on the "one core and two wings" in the strategic layout of cloud services: the core is "to expand the cloud service industry around digital transformation", specifically, to work with partners to jointly promote the application of public cloud in the digital transformation of various industries; "one wing" of the "two wings" refers to the traditional central enterprises, large enterprises, and government cloud markets, giving full play to Huawei's traditional advantages in 2B market services, creating scenario-based enterprise-level cloud service solutions, and becoming the leading provider of cloud services for governments and large enterprises in the Chinese market. The "other wing" refers to the small and medium-sized enterprise market, using Huawei Software Development Cloud as a starting point to build online and offline O2O service capabilities and become one of the most trusted cloud service providers for small and medium-sized enterprises. '

Suzhou is the second city in China to cooperate with Huawei Enterprise Cloud. It is very forward-looking in developing the cloud computing industry and has achieved remarkable results. In the future, we hope to work closely with local governments and ecological partners to jointly expand the cloud computing and big data industry and help Suzhou and other cities achieve leapfrog development. "

Yang Ruikai, President of Huawei's Enterprise Cloud Business Unit, said, "Huawei has established cloud service nodes in more than 30 cities. Through a unique three-level cloud service network layout, it covers seven major regions across the country, integrates massive, highly available cloud resources, and builds a cloud service resource network covering the national, provincial, and municipal levels. At the same time, it has formed cooperation with more than 200 cities. In the future, Huawei will vigorously promote the development of urban industrial cloud, build an urban industrial cloud service network across the country, and gradually connect cloud service resources through high-speed and secure networks to form a cloud service network to serve customers' needs for national business deployment."

Huawei has formed partnerships with more than 500 industry chain-related companies from the fields of smart cities, big data, media, finance, the Internet of Things, intelligent manufacturing, e-commerce services, healthcare, agriculture, and modern services. Huawei will gather the needs of governments, industry chain-related companies, cloud application providers, integrators, and service providers, provide a resource-sharing, win-win cooperation service platform, gradually build a cloud computing industry ecosystem, further promote the rapid development of cloud computing and big data industries, and help cities achieve leapfrog development.
