On the same day, China Unicom Jilin Branch also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Huawei on Changchun Government Cloud. The two parties will jointly build the Changchun Cloud Data Center and jointly promote the development of Changchun Big Data Industrial Park. We have entered the era of big data, and data has become a valuable resource and asset. Changchun is located in the center of Northeast Asia and is an important node city in the "Belt and Road" strategy. It has unique location advantages, technological advantages, and talent advantages in developing cloud computing and big data industries. Changchun is actively adapting to the new normal, grasping the new normal, actively changing its mode and adjusting its structure, and promoting the comprehensive upgrading of the three industries, which provides important strategic opportunities for Huawei and other technology companies to accelerate their development, especially for promoting the development of "Internet +" and cloud computing industries.
