I put a 1000MB file in the VPS, and the local Chengdu Telecom directly downloaded it in a single thread through the browser, which was very intuitive.

Summary: The host I bought has a peak bandwidth of 10M. According to various testing tools, the upstream bandwidth of 10M is basically full, and the downstream bandwidth is not actually limited to 10M, but about 40+M.
