Data shows that in the first three quarters, China Mobile's operating revenue was 648.6 billion yuan, up 12.9% year-on-year; shareholders' attributable profit was 87.2 billion yuan, up 6.9% year-on-year. China Unicom's operating revenue was 244.489 billion yuan, up 8.5% year-on-year; equity holders' attributable profit was 12.923 billion yuan, up 19.4% year-on-year. China Telecom achieved operating revenue of 326.536 billion yuan, up 12.3% year-on-year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 23.327 billion yuan, up 24.7% year-on-year.

Based on this calculation, the three major operators had a total operating income of 1,219.625 billion yuan in the first three quarters, and a total net profit of 123.45 billion yuan. Based on a 270-day estimate, the three major operators earned 457 million yuan a day.

Comparing the mobile businesses of the three major operators, as of September 30, the total number of China Mobile customers was approximately 956 million, the number of 5G package customers reached 331 million, and the mobile ARPU (average monthly revenue per household) was 50.1 yuan; China Unicom’s mobile billing users reached 316 million, the number of 5G package users reached 137 million, and the mobile billing user ARPU was 44.3 yuan; China Telecom’s mobile users reached 370 million, the number of 5G package users reached 156 million, and the mobile user ARPU was 45.4 yuan.
