Wanfeng Group was established in 1994, with industries covering automotive parts, general aviation, intelligent equipment, financial investment and other fields. The group is divided into two major business segments. Its listed company segment, Wanfeng Auto, is the first listed company in the industry, with its main business being automotive parts. According to reports, Wanfeng Auto's magnesium alloy business is Tesla's global first-tier supplier; its stamping parts business is Tesla's second-tier supplier.

Wanfeng Aviation was established in 2014 and is the result of Wanfeng Group's transformation and upgrading and its full entry into the entire aviation industry chain. Business systems are complex and diverse, and information networks face challenges

Wanfeng Aviation Town has a planned total area of ​​5.5 square kilometers, with a "one core and two wings" layout, with the "one core" being aircraft manufacturing and the "two wings" being aviation equipment and aviation services. Wanfeng has four bases integrating aircraft R&D and manufacturing, located in Vienna, Austria, London, Canada, Xinchang, Zhejiang, and Qingdao (under construction). Among them, the Xinchang base is responsible for the R&D and manufacturing of the popular model DA40. In addition, the low-altitude support system management is also being built and implemented here.

At the same time, the town is open to the public and is a national 3A scenic spot as well as a research and study base in Shaoxing. Since its completion, the town has become a living signboard of Shaoxing, with tourists and students flocking to it every holiday.

In order to effectively control the comings and goings of people inside and outside the town, the town has built a unified cloud platform to create integrated management from employee consumption to access control, monitoring, alarm, patrol, etc. The fire control center is responsible for unified management and handling various emergencies. Personnel are on duty 24 hours a day to record and handle the flow of people and abnormal situations. During the epidemic, effective personnel flow control and body temperature measurement were also achieved through the cloud platform.

The network of the entire town not only needs to carry the daily business of the town's production, office, aviation, monitoring and the access to the data center of each subsidiary. There are many types of business systems. In addition to the common CRM, ERP, PLM and other systems, there are also flight school management systems, aviation experience management systems, maintenance systems, VIP club management systems, and low-altitude support management systems. The complex and diverse business systems pose a challenge to the stability of the entire network platform.

At the same time, since Wanfeng has a large number of information resources, including wired, wireless, computer rooms, servers, dedicated lines, etc., the IT department is troubled by how to unify management to achieve visual management of IT basic resources, improve operation and maintenance efficiency, and reduce the probability of failures.

Faced with a wide variety of business systems, how to collect and control data is one of the primary tasks of the town's informatization construction. Ruijie's wireless APs are deployed in different scenarios such as production lines, offices, halls, auditoriums, and air traffic control buildings to ensure data collection.

Wanfeng Aviation Town has deployed 2 RG-N18012 core switches, 4 RG-S8612E core switches, and more than 100 RG-S2910 switches. After data collection is completed, Ruijie's access, aggregation, and core switches are used to ensure the stable development of the overall business.

If a network device fails, the BMC platform will prompt the device's alarm information, so that the fault can be quickly located without spending time on troubleshooting. If the operation and maintenance personnel are not in the monitoring room, RIIL-BMC will also inform the fault through APP, SMS, and email, and then quickly handle it. The problem has been solved before the user even notices it, improving the user experience and reducing complaints.
