SKT launches online-only plans for 5G and 4G customers

South Korean telecom operator SK Telecom recently launched an online-only mobile package service, aiming to increase customer value by reducing cost burden and expanding options for mobile price plans.

SKT is offering six online-only plans for 5G and 4G customers. These plans will be priced about 30% lower than existing plans and will be available without paper contracts.

  • 5G Untact 62” will provide unlimited data traffic service for 62,000 won per month;
  • 5G Untact 52” will provide 200GB of data traffic service at a price of 52,000 won per month;
  • The 5G Untact 38” will provide 9GB of data per month and will cost 38,000 won per month.
  • LTE Untact 48” will provide 100GB of 4G data for 48,000 won per month;
  • LTE Untact 35” will provide 5GB of 4G data for 35,000 won per month;
  • The LTE Untact 22" will provide 1.8GB of 4G data for 22,000 won per month.

Customers who newly subscribe to SKT's mobile services and existing SKT customers who switch their mobile devices will be able to sign up for the new plans at T Direct Shop, SKT's official online store.
