Data shows that as of December 2020, in terms of mobile business, China Mobile's 4G customer base has reached 775.306 million, with a net increase of 17.292 million throughout the year; China Mobile's 5G package customers have reached 165.003 million, with a net increase of 17.621 million throughout the year. In terms of wired business, China Mobile's wired customer base has reached 210.321 million, with a net increase of 23.28 million throughout the year.

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has caused certain resistance to the construction of 5G network infrastructure, the overall construction progress has remained at a relatively stable level.
