GlobalConnect | Versa Networks

GlobalConnect and Versa Networks entered into an SD-WAN partnership last year. Under the terms of the partnership, Versa’s Secure Cloud IP architecture (a next-generation software platform that provides integrated cloud, network and security services) improves the productivity of GlobalConnect’s 18,000 square meters of data center space and 42,000 kilometers of fiber network. Sebastian Vad Lorentzen, head of SD-WAN engineering at GlobalConnect, said: “Through the collaboration with Versa Networks, GlobalConnect aims to manage more functions efficiently and securely with greater flexibility.”

CMC Networks | Enea

CMC Networks has selected Enea’s NFV Access as the software platform for its second-generation SD-WAN solution. “We are very proud that CMC Networks has chosen Enea as their uCPE software platform,” said Adrian Leufvén, Senior Vice President of OS at Enea. Enea NFV Access is a virtualization and management platform optimized for deployment on universal customer premises equipment (uCPE). It provides CMC Networks’ SD-WAN solution CMC - Rapidly Adaptive Network, an open virtualization layer that gives operators and service providers the flexibility to implement their own virtual network functions.

Omniclouds | Nuage Networks

Omniclouds has implemented Nuage Networks' SD-WAN 2.0 solution to optimize cloud connectivity for enterprise customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This collaboration will support enterprises in the region, which are facing a shortage of cloud-native service providers and difficulty accessing public cloud data centers. Nuage Networks will build and operate its SD-WAN 2.0 network, enabling OmniCloud to connect enterprise customers over a large coverage area and connect all key public cloud data centers with dedicated infrastructure.

Turkcell | Odine | Versa Networks

In 2019, Odine Solutions and Versa Networks successfully deployed the SD-WAN core in the Turkcell network. The deployment is the first commercial SD-WAN solution for a Tier 1 operator in Turkey, providing Turkcell's enterprise customers with an end-to-end software-defined secure connectivity infrastructure-as-a-service in the country. "We chose Odine Solutions and Versa Networks based on their expertise in network transformation. From testing to rollout, the entire deployment process has validated our decision," said Gediz Sezgin, CTO of Turkcell.

BringCom | Versa Networks

In a press release, BringCom selected Versa Networks' SD-WAN solution for its East and West African operations. "Versa's SD-WAN technology enables enterprises to enhance services and extend their network reach," said Fabrice Langreney, President and CEO of BringCom. "By combining full multi-tenancy, zero-touch provisioning and extensive security features, Versa's SD-WAN solution enables providers to create a full suite of managed service offerings."

Fibrenoire | VeloCloud

Fibrenoire, a network connectivity service provider, has added VeloCloud’s VMware SD-WAN solution to its service offerings. The VMware SD-WAN solution enables enterprises to securely support application growth in the cloud and increase network flexibility. In addition, it provides them with greater flexibility in implementing and configuring branch offices across the network. Alexis Bourson, general manager of sales and marketing at Fibrenoire, said: “Fibrenoire is proud to work with VMware. This allows us to improve enterprise performance by optimizing telecommunications infrastructure.”

DYXnet | VMware

DYXnet Group, a network service provider in Greater China, launched SD-WAN services in partnership with VMware in April 2019. It provides enterprises with low-cost carrier-grade network capabilities, in addition to many operational advantages. Wing-Dar Ker, CEO of DYXnet Group, said: "Our SD-WAN solution provides an extraordinary user experience while helping customers reduce network costs by up to 50%. VeloCloud's VMware SD-WAN has taken our network to a very high level."

Braskem | CenturyLink

Braskem, a thermoplastic resin producer in the Americas, has chosen CenturyLink to provide its global SD-WAN network. Through CenturyLink cloud connectivity solutions, the SD-WAN network will connect to the private cloud through more than 130 MPLS and dedicated internet connections. "With CenturyLink's SD-WAN solution, Braskem can flexibly utilize a variety of network resources, whether in the public cloud or on-premises, and provide faster user access to business applications." said André Oliveira, Braskem's senior infrastructure operations manager.

Telia Norway | Nuage Networks

Telia Norway launched its SD-WAN product earlier this year, taking its first steps into the enterprise services space. In partnership with Nokia Nuage Networks, Telia customers can build their network on the basis of low-cost connections or choose VPN lines with guaranteed bandwidth and end-to-end quality parameters. "We are pleased to announce the launch of a new generation of data communication services in the enterprise market," said Jon Christian Hillestad, head of enterprise at Telia Norway. "This solution represents a completely new way of providing data communication services."

GTT | Fortinet

In addition to its existing collaboration with VeloCloud Networks, GTT recently added Fortinet Secure SD-WAN as a technology option on its network. “Our broad portfolio of SD-WAN service options, now including Fortinet, ensures that customers can run their applications with greater security, performance, and reliability,” said Rick Calder, President and CEO of GTT. “The combination of GTT’s Tier 1 global IP network and Fortinet’s secure SD-WAN delivers high-performance and differentiated services to GTT customers around the world,” said John Maddison, SVP of Products and CMO of Fortinet.
