(I) Increase support and build new infrastructure

At present, we are in the early stage of concentrated construction of 5G networks, facing many problems such as investment costs and construction coordination. We need to coordinate the layout, increase local policy support and implementation, and further play the role of telecom operators in construction and operation. For areas with strong policy support and good implementation, operators should increase investment and give priority to 5G construction; areas where the policy environment is not yet perfect need to speed up the research and implementation of support measures.
