As an expert in the intersection of mathematics and information science, Academician Zheng Zhiming founded dynamic cryptography, a cryptographic analysis principle and method based on the fusion of algebra and dynamics. He has won the first prize of the National Technological Invention Award, the Ho Leung Ho Lee Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of the Ministry of Education Natural Science Award, and the National Defense Technology Invention Award. Academician Zheng Zhiming began his research on blockchain as early as 2009 and is the first representative in China to start researching blockchain technology. In his speech "Blockchain Technology and Development", he talked about the blockchain distributed trusted system as a key technology for building a trusted society in my country. The current blockchain industry is transitioning from the 2.0 smart contract stage to the 3.0 distributed value Internet stage.
