1. Daily environmental maintenance

If the temperature of the computer room is high, it will be difficult for the machine to dissipate heat, causing the parameters of the switch components to change, and in serious cases, the equipment will be damaged; and if the computer room is too dry, static electricity will occur, threatening the safety of the switch.

According to regulations, the temperature and humidity of the computer room need to be strictly measured with a thermometer. If necessary, air conditioners, humidifiers and other facilities and equipment can be installed to adjust the temperature and humidity. Fire and dust prevention measures must also be taken.

2. Software and hardware maintenance

Professional switch maintenance personnel check the functions of software and hardware every day, record the ambient temperature and humidity of the computer room, check whether the input voltage and output voltage, current, frequency and other indicators are within the normal operating range, test whether the signals of various audio sources are normal, check whether the spare parts, tools and instruments are complete, fully understand the working conditions of each system, and make records and inspections. 3. Preventive maintenance

The routine maintenance of the switch needs to be mainly preventive maintenance to prevent problems before they occur.

Professional switch operators are required to use the terminal strictly in accordance with the operation manual, starting with the system software configuration or troubleshooting on the system software to avoid executing wrong commands in daily work, strictly check whether the I/O devices are in normal status, especially the floppy disk drive, and modify the wrong data in time. 4. Computer room maintenance system

In order to ensure the scientific and institutionalized management of the switch room, various rules and regulations, duty system, spare parts management system, original data recording system, and cleanliness of the room should be formulated; security and confidentiality should also be ensured. The maintenance authority of the switch operator should be reasonably and effectively set to avoid system failures caused by human factors. For the deletion and modification of switch data, the data must be backed up first to avoid the loss of original data and inconvenience to the daily data recording work of the switch.

5. Fault maintenance

The switch needs to be maintained and repaired by professionals. Dust should be wiped frequently to prevent dust and debris from entering the switch, causing short circuits and system failures. It is not allowed to replace circuit boards and components without reason, and it is not allowed to disassemble the switch privately. If the indicator light of the switch is on for a long time, it means that the switch has a fault. The power supply should be cut off, and it should be stopped from use and handed over to professionals for repair.
