At the end of 2012, I started my internship as a newbie and began my journey of upgrading my career and fighting monsters.

In 2013, I got an internship opportunity at Ruijie Agent. At that time, I joined the company at the same time as "IE" brother (he got his name because he had obtained CCIE certificate when he joined the company). As a question bank party with only CCNA level, I was not only not treated as well as him, but also not valued as much as him by the leaders. I also encountered difficulties at work again and again. The most memorable one was that I was transferred to a kindergarten AP. I was confused and consulted a lot of information. It took me two hours to solve it.

I was very happy to find a job that matched my major, and I was even more excited to be exposed to more in-depth technologies. However, I had no college degree or industry certificates, and I encountered setbacks at work again and again. I felt that I was in urgent need of growth.

There is a lot of information on corporate forums, so I started learning from CCNP training videos. During the day at work, I would read Ruijie product information or find equipment to do experiments. When I got home at night, I would still go online to watch technical training videos, read public technical books and product technical documents. I have read almost all of Ruijie's "Product Implementation Guide", and some of them have been read several times.

Hard work pays off. A few months later, I successfully passed the Ruijie RCNP certification. At that time, IE brother gave up and resigned because of the low salary.

At that time, I was lucky enough to catch up with Ruijie's good channel support policy. At least twice a month, I received centralized pre-sales and after-sales training on the Ruijie Guangzhou platform. This was a rare opportunity, so I never missed any training and often communicated with the instructors after class, which made me move faster on the road of technical improvement. In the channel technology competition hosted by Ruijie, I tried my best and won the third place in the Beijing finals. Since then, my leaders have recognized me more and more, and my salary has also increased.

In 2015, Ruijie Guangzhou Office recruited after-sales engineers. Due to my rapid growth and long-term service in the Ruijie system, it was natural for me to apply for Ruijie.

In Ruijie's original factory, the work requirements are higher and the intensity is greater, but it is more challenging. As an original factory after-sales engineer, you need to understand the industry, be familiar with the technology, understand the process, understand the specifications, be good at thinking, be good at management, focus on customers, cooperate with channels, and be efficient. Looking back, I came to participate in the training as a channel student four years ago, and now I am a lecturer to train channels four years later. I feel a lot.

In 2017, Ruijie signed a contract with Guangzhou Hongfang to help the channel build original factory-level service quality and build an after-sales service team. I was assigned to Hongfang as a technical supervisor, which opened a new chapter in my career. As a technical supervisor, this not only requires me to continuously improve my technical level, but also to learn to manage 10 engineers under me and be responsible for the technical growth of the entire after-sales team. I have a long way to go. How to lead a team of more than 10 people? I lack management experience. Fortunately, Ruijie will continue to empower channels like me and provide manager training opportunities to help me improve my management capabilities, which makes me more confident.
