Comments included in the review include the following:

“The overall support received from Kaspersky has been excellent. They are always willing to provide assistance/guidance and help in any way they can. We have been working with Kaspersky for a few years now and the solution has proven its worth time and time again,” - A security and risk management professional in the healthcare industry.

“We use Kaspersky MDR to get an extra layer of security in our company. And to get professional help in dealing with cyberattacks. So far, we have only encountered a few small-scale “attacks” (dangerous email attachments) that did not require any large-scale response. But when one of our devices seemed to be infected, a real person called us and helped us take steps to properly eliminate the attack. In the event of a real attack, an experienced and professional response is invaluable and necessary to minimize the damage. So far, we are very satisfied with the product and are ready for any attack,” - System Integrator from the Manufacturing Industry.

“The software allows us to balance the load between internal IS personnel and Kaspersky products. By doing so, we are now able to express our capabilities on the most important issues within the company,” - a security and risk management expert from the government industry.

“We thank our customers for their high regard for Kaspersky Managed Detection & Response services and we promise to never stop hunting cyber threats. We will continue to earn their trust to protect their operations from cyber risks so they can focus on growing their business,” said Sergey Martsynkyan, Vice President of Enterprise Product Marketing at Kaspersky.
