Last weekend, the 2021 China 5G+ Industrial Internet Conference was successfully held in Wuhan. During the meeting, Song Qizhu, Chairman of China Radio and Television, said that the core network and BOSS system of China Radio and Television are being built, upgraded and debugged, and the 5G number release operation of China Radio and Television will be officially launched as soon as possible.

The latest data shows that by the end of October, the three major operators, China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom, had about 356 million, 168 million, and 144 million 5G package users, respectively. However, China Radio and Television, the fourth largest operator, has not yet officially started the 5G number release and operation work.

In May this year, Liang Xiaotao, general manager of China Radio and Television, revealed that they will actively carry out 5G operation planning, issue the 192 number segment in a timely manner, and launch special 5G packages to allow customers to enjoy China Radio and Television's high-quality services as soon as possible.

At present, China Radio and Television has high-quality 700MHz frequency band resources and completed the integration of 24 provincial system television network companies across the country by the end of 2020.
