The account requirements for applying for free VPS are: 1. Bind a credit card to the account; 2. Enable two-factor authentication. After submitting the application, wait for the merchant to review it. It seems that old accounts without a credit card can also apply, but it is hard to say whether it will be approved. There is no information on the free period at present.
