The three major operators have removed multiple 4G packages from their shelves. Is the real 5G era coming?

A call to customer service gave the conclusion that users can go to offline business halls to apply for 4G packages on their own. However, the practice of the three major operators to reduce the optional 4G packages and force 5G packages is really suspected of shifting the cost of 5G construction to consumers.
